Mazda MPV P-Codes 2187 and 2189 Mixture Too Lean. This is due to a failed PCV hose. The difficulty is accessing the PCV valve on this engine. The check engine light may be on and you may have stalling or rough running problems. The intake plenum may need to be removed like in my video for better access. The valve is held on by two tabs on the top and bottom and then it unscrews out of the valve cover.
