BMW Fan Clutch and Fan Removal and Installation. I go over how to remove and install the mechanical fan on a BMW with the M52TU or M54 Engine. I show you how to use the special tool and tips and tricks if you do not have the special tools. This video was made using my BMW 3 Series E46 but the same procedure will apply to all BMW's with this style Fan and Fan Clutch. I demonstrate both on and off the vehicle using a water pump that is not installed for better understanding of how the procedure works.
