One of the greatest treasures of the Bashkir people is the epic Ural Batyr — a tale of heroism, wisdom, and the eternal battle between good and evil.
The Ural Batyr epic is recognized as one of the “Seven Wonders of Bashkortostan,” and is a candidate for inclusion in UNESCO’s list of the “Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.”
